Hotel Turquesa Maya

Good location. The room is simple, but was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was much better than we expected and was good value for the price paid. Shower was good. The room was quiet. Staff were helpful, but it is useful to know a little Spanish.

The staff are great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There was also hot water which can sometimes be absent at various locations. There is also a great restaurant right across the street, which is very convenient.

The room was very simple and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Be prepared for narrow stairs, no elevator. The integrated/adjacent breakfast restaurant has limited options and slow service. But the hotel is close to the downtown area with many dining options.

There was no restaurant at the hotel although there is a good one in town (El Faisan y Venado). Despite the basic nature of the hotel, the staff were helpful and answered all our needs promptly and friendly. Neither of the receptionists we saw spoke English, but were very pleasant.
